For thoses of you who would ask the great question :
" Does the article 201 of the turkish penal code has its equivalence in the french penal code ? "
In fact, is there a law in France who says that insulting religions is against peace in the state and so you can go to jail for this... I have the extreme honnor to reply you : Yessss baby ! It does !
«insult against a group of persons due to their origin or their membership or non membership to an ethnic group, a nation, a race or A DETERMINED RELIGION» ( Art. 48 of the law of 1881 )

For this law, next 7th and 8th february, at the criminal court of the tribunal of big Instance in Paris, chaired by the president of the tribunal himself, Jean-Claude Magendie, phillipe Val and Charlie the president of the national satiric newspaper Charlie Hebdo, will go to court.
Which civil parts sent him there ?
The islamic world league, the Union of the orguanizations islamic of France, and the big mosk of Paris...
Why ?
Some caricatures published in a special number, reproducing the caricatures of Mahomet published in the Jyllans Posten ( honnestly this newspaper is from danish nationalist so... ) after the violent reactions in the muslim word...
They added caricatures like this one representing the prophet mahomet :

" We are twin brothers, born under the (horoscope) sign of the swindlers.. "
Please notice the difference between Charlie Hebdo and the extreme right Jyllans Posten that represents every person from muslim world as a muslim terrorist ( that's stupid and racist ) and Charlie Hebdo who attacks only integrists and not all the community of believers...
This will be the only one lawsuit about the caricatures of Muhamed published in Jyllans Posten in the world... did you know that ? And this happens in France ! What an honnour ! lol
